We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of the order size.

Our total delivery time typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. This includes:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit time: 7–13 business days (Monday–Friday)

Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.


4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Product condition: Must be new and unused
  • Return method: By mail
  • Restocking fees: None

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Yes, all of our clothing and footwear items are delivered brand new, carefully packaged, and ready to wear right out of the box. For shoes, we recommend trying them on indoors first to ensure the perfect fit before extended use.
