Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, only If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images or videos as proof of the damage. After verifying your submitted documents and confirming that the product was indeed received in damaged condition, we will provide a free replacement. For non-defective items, such as receiving the wrong size or color, we also offer a free exchange to ensure you receive the correct product. 

We only accept exchanges if you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color. In such cases, we provide a free exchange. However, the product must be in new condition, which means it should be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Window: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the product must meet our return and exchange conditions, such as being in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Return Method: Customers can return products by mail. A return label will be provided, which you can easily download and print. There is no cost for returning the product — all return shipping charges are covered by us, when your request will eligible.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for any returns or exchanges. Customers will not be charged any additional fees when sending items back, provided that the return request meets our eligibility conditions and the product is approved for return or exchange.

Refund processing time
Refund processing can take up to 3 business days from the time we receive your return. Once the package arrives at our facility, we will send you an email to confirm and then proceed with issuing a full refund for your order.

If you have not received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Depending on your card issuer’s policy, you should receive your money within 10 to 15 days from the date your refund was issued.
